  • • Code sharing and open-source contribution guidelines must be followed
  • • Project submissions become part of student portfolios with proper licensing

3. Prohibited Uses

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

  • • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • • Engaging in fraudulent activities
  • • Harassment or discrimination of any kind

Technical Abuse

  • • Transmitting harmful or malicious code
  • • Attempting unauthorized access to systems
  • • Overloading servers or disrupting services
  • • Reverse engineering proprietary systems

Content Misuse

  • • Unauthorized reproduction of course materials
  • • Commercial redistribution without permission
  • • Sharing access credentials with unauthorized users
  • • Recording sessions without explicit consent

Platform Abuse

  • • Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
  • • Spamming forums or communication channels
  • • Posting inappropriate or offensive content
  • • Soliciting other students for unrelated purposes

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Interface Works Content

  • • All course materials, curricula, and educational content remain property of Interface Works
  • • Students receive limited license for personal educational use during enrollment period
  • • Reproduction or distribution of materials requires written permission
  • • Trademarks, logos, and brand elements are protected intellectual property
  • • Course completion certificates and credentials are non-transferable

Student-Generated Content

  • • Students retain ownership of original project code and creative works
  • • Interface Works may use student projects for educational and promotional purposes with attribution
  • • Portfolio pieces may be showcased with student consent
  • • Open-source contributions follow respective license terms
  • • Collaborative projects require shared licensing agreements

Third-Party Content

  • • External libraries and frameworks maintain their original licenses
  • • Attribution requirements must be respected for all third-party resources
  • • Commercial use restrictions apply to certain educational materials
  • • Students are responsible for compliance with external licensing terms

5. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Payment Processing

  • • Course fees must be paid in full before course commencement unless payment plan is arranged
  • • All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes
  • • Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers
  • • Early bird discounts and promotional pricing have specific validity periods
  • • Payment plan options are available upon request and approval

Cancellation and Refunds

  • 14-day cooling-off period: Full refund available for cancellations within 14 days of enrollment
  • Before course start: 80% refund available up to 7 days before course commencement
  • After course start: Pro-rated refunds considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Course completion: No refunds available after completing more than 50% of course content
  • Medical or exceptional circumstances: Special consideration may be given with appropriate documentation

Course Modifications

  • • Interface Works reserves the right to modify course schedules with reasonable notice
  • • Course content may be updated to reflect current industry practices
  • • Instructor changes may occur due to availability or expertise requirements
  • • Course cancellation due to insufficient enrollment results in full refund
  • • Alternative course options may be offered in case of significant changes

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Disclaimers

  • • Educational services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • • No guarantee of specific career outcomes or employment opportunities
  • • Technology platforms may experience occasional downtime or technical issues
  • • Course content reflects current industry practices but technology evolves rapidly
  • • Individual learning outcomes depend on student effort, prior experience, and dedication

Limitation of Liability

Interface Works' total liability to any student or user shall not exceed the amount of fees paid for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for:

  • • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • • Lost profits, data, or business opportunities
  • • Damages resulting from student's use or inability to use services
  • • Technical failures beyond our reasonable control
  • • Actions or omissions of third-party service providers

Student Responsibilities

  • • Students assume responsibility for their own learning outcomes and career development
  • • Technical equipment and internet connectivity requirements must be met independently
  • • Completion of assignments and projects is student's responsibility
  • • Professional development and job searching are student's independent activities
  • • Compliance with software licensing and usage terms is student's obligation

7. Termination

Termination by Student

  • • Students may withdraw from courses subject to refund policy terms
  • • Account deactivation requests must be submitted in writing
  • • Course materials access terminates upon withdrawal
  • • Partial certifications may be provided for completed modules
  • • Re-enrollment is subject to availability and standard terms

Termination by Interface Works

  • • Immediate termination for violations of terms or academic integrity
  • • Suspension for disruptive behavior or harassment of others
  • • Non-payment of fees may result in course access suspension
  • • Failure to meet course requirements may lead to academic dismissal
  • • Technical abuse or security violations result in permanent ban

Effects of Termination

  • • Access to course materials and platform immediately ceases
  • • Student data may be retained as required by legal obligations
  • • Completed coursework and certificates remain valid
  • • Refund eligibility determined by circumstances and timing
  • • Certain provisions of these terms survive termination

8. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before pursuing formal legal action, parties agree to attempt good faith resolution through direct communication. Most concerns can be addressed through our student support team at support@domain.com or by calling +357 25 936472.

Mediation and Arbitration

  • • Unresolved disputes may be submitted to mediation through Cyprus mediation services
  • • Binding arbitration may be required for disputes exceeding €1,000
  • • Arbitration proceedings conducted in English in Limassol, Cyprus
  • • Small claims court remedies remain available for qualifying disputes
  • • Emergency injunctive relief may be sought through appropriate courts

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Cyprus law. Any disputes not resolved through alternative methods shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Cyprus courts. EU consumer protection regulations apply where applicable.

9. General Provisions

Changes to Terms

  • • Interface Works reserves the right to modify these terms at any time
  • • Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students via email
  • • Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms
  • • Version control maintains record of all term modifications
  • • Students may terminate enrollment if they disagree with material changes

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a continuing waiver or waiver of any other term.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and course-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between students and Interface Works regarding use of our services.
